An accurate and reliable system to transport cones
A state machine in order to easily position the claw for each height with minimal driver input
High mobility of the outtake system for fast cycle
A distance sensor to check for an intook cone
Drive Team Key Features:
A Strong, Highly Compact Design
Odometry pods for precise field navigation
Belts to properly distribute motor power and keep the chassis compact
Custom machined side plates using our Cardboard Aided Manufacturing
Intake Key Features:
The intake is part of a state machine, reducing driver input and increasing reliability
An o-ring sweeper mechanism is also paired with a complaint wheel active intake to be able to pick up cones in any orientation.
The intake utilizes various belts and soft gears to quickly intake cones with minimal risk of damage
